Purpose of Role

The CFO is responsible for leading the financial management, governance, and reporting functions of Novaris Power, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Nigerian tax laws, and donor/DFI requirements. This role safeguards financial integrity, supports project financing, and ensures robust treasury management across HoldCo and SPVs.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Operations Technician (Lead) is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, performance, and sustainability of the solar mini-grid and its distribution network. The role combines hands-on technical operations, customer service, basic financial administration, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

A. Technical Operations

  • Operate and maintain solar PV, inverter, and battery storage systems
  • Conduct daily system monitoring (PV generation, BESS SOC, voltage, frequency, load profiles)

The Security Officer is responsible for safeguarding all mini-grid assets, equipment, and personnel on site. The role ensures 24-hour security coverage, prevents vandalism or theft, and maintains a safe environment for staff, customers, and community members.

Key Responsibilities

A. Site Security & Surveillance

  • Conduct regular patrols of solar array, control rooms, battery/inverter containers, and site perimeter
  • Control access to the site by verifying and logging all personnel, vehicles, and visitors
